Espacio Coruña shopping and leisure centre has 41,000 square metres of surface distributed in three floors. It accommodates over 100 retailers and 8 movie theaters as well as 2,000 parking places.

In this centre, Imtech is in charge of the preventive and corrective maintenance for plumbing, sanitation, HVAC, electricity, fire protection, drinking water, and fire control systems, as well as firewalls and loudspeakers.
