“La Vital” shopping and leisure centre – Gandia (Valencia)

The La Vital shopping and leisure centre, located in the municipality of Gandia, covers a total surface of 49,377 m² distributed over two levels of shopping area and 1,300 parking spaces.
Imtech carried out the medium- and low-voltage power generation installations, transformer stations and generators.
It also installed the outdoor lighting, consisting of columns 4.5 m in height with mercury lamps, 4.5-m and 9-m columns fitted with 4 projectors and watertight fixtures.
In regard to interior lighting, fluorescent lights of varying power were installed. Projectors, downlights of varying power, embeddable lights for floor-level lighting and fluorescent emergency and signage lights. In addition, PA and interphone installations were executed.
