Amazon Factory – San Fernando de Henares (Madrid)

The logistics centre is located in Puerta Madrid Park in the town of San Fernando de Henares. This is Amazon’s first logistics centre in Spain, marketed by the real estate firm Redevco. The centre occupies 28,000 m2, of which 2,500 are used for offices.
Imtech executed the HVAC and fire protection installations, which set stringent requirements given the relevance of the products stored.
