AC Gavá Mar Hotel – Barcelona

This is a 4-star hotel located at Calle Tellinaires, 33-35, Gavà, Barcelona province. It has 4 floors with a total of 69 rooms, of which one is a suite and two are fitted out for the disabled. It has bathing areas and conference rooms and an exquisite 8,000 m² garden.
The works performed by Imtech involved the installation of air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, natural gas, fire protection, electricity, telecommunications and security facilities.
Prior to this project Imtech had installed two other hotels for this chain, in 2000 and 2004: AC Hotel Som in Hospitalet de Llobregat and AC Hotel Barcelona Forum in Barcelona.
